We’re launching our latest development, The Pastures, in Hibaldstow.

The Pastures, off Station Road in the popular village of Hibaldstow, will comprise of 48 two, three, four and five-bedroom homes, with construction work underway following the securing of planning permission.

The development will be launching on the 30th September at Forest Pines Hotel, Ermine Street, Broughton, DN20 0AQ, from 11-5pm. Homes will be available for sale in September, with the first residents expected to move in early 2024. The marketing suite will open this autumn, allowing people to head down to the development and find out more.

Steve Errington, Managing Director of Stonebridge Homes, said: “Following the success of our schemes in Yorkshire and the North East, we are delighted to unveil our first development in North Lincolnshire. High specification, new-build homes of this quality are hard to come by, and we anticipate they will be very popular with prospective buyers.

“As a responsible housebuilder, we are proud that we are helping people get on the housing ladder, and in turn live happily in their communities. The Pastures will also support local employment, including opportunities for suppliers and contractors.”

The Pastures is located not too far from the Lincolnshire Wolds and the East Coast, making it the perfect place for cyclists, walkers and runners alike. Close to local amenities and aimed at a range of buyers including younger people and families, homes will be built in a variety of design styles in keeping with the area and will boast the latest in modern living standards, including bi-fold doors, luxury bathrooms and Bosch kitchen appliances as standard.

Houses at The Pastures will also provide a more sustainable way of living, as each home will boast energy efficient lighting, smart thermostats and electric vehicle charging points, all as standard. All plots will also feature solar panels, waste water heat recovery systems and some plots will also benefit from boiler flue heat recovery. Further to this, some four and five bed plots may also include home batteries, allowing home owners to save even more money.
