Failure to do so may result in the loss of all or part of the purchasers’ reservation fee and withdrawal of the offer.

As part of a limited-time collaboration with Stonebridge Homes, purchasers are invited to enjoy a complimentary one-hour interior design consultation with SW Design Group, led by Suzy Webster.
The Experience
This bespoke consultation is designed to offer considered, professional guidance to help you shape your new home with confidence and clarity. Whether refining a colour palette, exploring lighting options, reimagining furniture layouts, or elevating your overall aesthetic, the session provides a tailored introduction to the SW Design approach.
Eligibility
This exclusive offering is available to Stonebridge Homes purchasers within the stated promotional period.
Consultation Format
Appointments may be held:
– In the SW Design Group studio
– Remotely via Zoom
All consultations are by prior arrangement and subject to availability.
Time Allocation
Each consultation is strictly limited to one hour. Additional time, should you wish to extend the experience, will be charged at SW Design Group’s standard rates.
Beyond the Consultation
Should you wish to continue your design journey, further services—including mood boards, sourcing, space planning, bespoke schemes, or full project delivery—can be commissioned separately and will be quoted accordingly.
Booking & Availability
The complimentary one-hour interior design consultation will be issued upon exchange of contracts. Customers should contact SW Design Group directly to arrange a suitable date and time for their consultation. Appointments must be booked and completed within six months of the exchange of contracts. All consultations are subject to availability. A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for any changes. Missed appointments may result in the consultation being forfeited.
General
This experience is non-transferable, holds no cash value, and cannot be exchanged. SW Design Group reserves the right to amend or withdraw the offering at any time.
