Our land department boasts many years of experience working in the residential development sector. The department is led by Land Directors, Martin Acott (Yorkshire region) and Mark Wilson (North East region), and Jamie Shaw is our Land Manager for Yorkshire. We offer an agile approach to buying land, enabling us to make quick decisions when required. Our dedicated teams are  familiar in working for both national and privately owned house builders and this offers a depth of knowledge and wealth of skills in bringing feasible schemes and opportunities to fruition.
