Part Exchange is available on selected developments and plots.

Part exchange is subject to status and only available on selected developments and properties. It is not offered with any other promotions unless by special arrangement by us. Reservation and offer subject to acceptable valuations of your own home. In some cases a second valuation by an agreed local Estate Agent may be required. The offer assumes that all carpets, curtains, light fittings, appliances and fixtures & fittings are included in the price of your home.
