• 1. Our details. Stonebridge Homes Limited (company no. 07279118) are the promoter of this prize draw promotion. If you have any questions about this prize draw or these terms and conditions, you can contact us at communications@stonebridgehomes.co.uk
• 2. How to Enter. The prize draw will be open and accepting entries from 10.30am on 04th January 2024 up until 17.30pm on 29th February 2024 (the “Entry Period”). During the Entry Period anyone who reserves a property on any of our current developments will automatically be entered into the prize draw.
• 3. Eligibility. The prize draw is open to all those who reserve a property with us during the defined period in point no. 2 above, aged 18 years or over.
• 4. How the winner will be chosen. The Prize will be awarded to a randomly selected winner who has entered using a random number generator.
• 5. How the winner will be notified. The winner will be notified either by phone or by email (using details provided on reservation) by the end of the week following 29th February 2024. If the winner does not claim their prize by e-mailing us confirmation that they would like to accept it within one week of being notified of winning, the prize will be forfeited, and another winner will be selected.
• 6. Prize. The prize is a voucher up to the value of £3,000 and the winner of the prize draw will receive the following prize:

  A 5-day trip to the Address Hotel in Dubai for two people. It is subject to availability. The voucher can be used on any departure up until 1st December 2024. Other destinations are not valid. If the winner choses to book a holiday at a higher value than the voucher, they may do so and pay the difference. If they chose a holiday at a lower value, the remaining balance cannot be transferred to another holiday, nor refunded to the winner.

  The trip includes flights (from a regional airport), bed and breakfast and transfers to and from the airport.

  The prize is non-exchangeable and non-transferable. Stonebridge Homes may offer a cash alternative, depending on the winners circumstances. The prize may only be taken by the prize draw winner along with one accompanying passenger notified to Stonebridge Homes when being advised of their win. Flights must be taken by both passengers at the same time from the same airport. Once you have made your booking this cannot be amended.

  We reserve the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond our control makes it necessary to do so.

  The prize will be arranged a local travel agency in Horsforth. Whilst we are offering the trip listed above as a prize, the redemption of this will be dealt with by the travel agent.

  The following is not included with the prize: any costs of travel to and from the airport in the UK, travel insurance, parking, food, and drink outside of the hotel meal plan, spending money and all and any other incidental travel expenses are not included in the prize. Winners are advised to take out their own insurance.

  The prize duration may not be extended and no element of the prize may be changed by the winner.

  All passengers must have a valid passport to travel, and must meet all relevant visa and/or other entry requirements including any medical/health screening requirements or similar.

• 7. Data protection and publicity. Personal data supplied during the course of this promotion will only be processed as set out in in our Privacy Policy on our website www.stonebridgehomes.co.uk/privacy-policy

  By entering the Promotion, each entrant acknowledges that in the event of a win, their surname and county of residence may be disclosed to persons enquiring, where permitted by law.

  Entrants agree to provide reasonable cooperation to allow Stonebridge Homes to use their name for advertising and publicity purposes in connection with this Promotion including, but not limited to, publication of the winner’s name and photograph on Stonebridge Homes’ social media and website.

• 8. General. By entering the competition you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. All reservations must be made by 17.30pm (UK time) on 29th February 2024 . One (1) winner in Great Britain (excluding Northern Ireland) will be selected at random by Stonebridge Homes by Friday 1st March, and the winner will be notified on or after this date by email within 7 working days.

  Our decision regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.

  Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. We reserve the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.

  We reserve the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.

  Insofar as is permitted by law, Stonebridge Homes, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up a prize except where it is caused by Stonebridge Homes’ negligence or that of its agents or distributors or their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.

  The prize draw will be governed by English law and entrants to the prize draw submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
