At the start of 2024, we launched an exciting new campaign; ‘Say Yes to the Address’. During this time, we offered weekly incentives to new customers, including theatre tickets, clothes vouchers, flowers delivered to your door for six months and so much more.

Because the campaign went down a treat with our customers, we thought why not bring it back for Christmas, but with a festive twist.
Between the 1st September and 27th October, we’re giving customers the opportunity to ‘Say Yes to a Festive Address’. Customers who reserve a home during this time period and are due to be moved in before Christmas will automatically get entered into a prize draw*, for the chance to win their house decorated to the nines for Christmas by the very talented Suzy Webster from SW Design Group, the creative team behind many of our stunning show homes. This incredible prize includes a substantial spend to include a Christmas tree (or two!), garlands, decorations, and more – all of which the winner will get to keep!
We’ve also got a special ‘Say Yes to a Festive Address’ reservation pack which includes an exclusive branded Stonebridge bauble, special seasonal champagne flutes and a bottle of world-renowned English sparkling Nyetimber.
