Our Sales Director, Chris Kelly, explains why now is a great time to join our sales team:

“Hi everyone, I have some exciting news – our Sales Team at Stonebridge is expanding, and we’re on the lookout for passionate and driven Sales Advisors to join our dynamic team. If you’re looking for a job in sales, you’re in luck!

“Ben, one of our longest-standing team members, loves the supportive and close-knit environment at Stonebridge. Lorna enjoys the variety of her job and the pride she feels in delivering high-quality homes to clients. And Ben Murphy, who recently transitioned into a new role, highlights the rewarding nature of working at Stonebridge. Ben Miller, who is one of our longest standing Sales Advisors, said: “The main reason I love working at Stonebridge is because everybody is always happy to help each other. We have a very close knit team, and I know someone is always on the other end of the phone if I need them. It’s great being able to sell such a high-quality, high-specification product, yet still be able to offer lots of other design features from our extensive library of additional extras, making no two houses the same. I like the fact that every day is different. Don’t get me wrong, the role comes with its challenges, but the salary is great and the Sales Director trusts me 100%, which makes coming to work every day much easier.”

Lorna Miladi, who has worked at Stonebridge for almost five years, said: “I’m such a people person, so a job in sales was a no brainer for me. And having the opportunity to sell such beautiful homes is like the cherry on top of the cake. I love the variety of my job, and I enjoy working closely with several teams, whether that be the guys on site, the rest of the sales team or other departments in the company. We all have the same end goal, and this shows in the support we have for one another. I’m so proud of the product that I hand over to my clients, the houses have a build quality and specification that you just don’t get at any other house builder.“

Ben Murphy, who has recently moved into a new role as Sales and Marketing Coordinator after being a Sales Advisor for over two years, said: “After working in estate agency for a number of years I decided to move into the new build sector and joined Stonebridge Homes. Since joining it has been a very rewarding role, selling and handing over some fantastic homes to our customers. The team has been so welcoming and encouraging. The commission structure is very generous too! I came with the clear intention of wanting to progress within the business and this has been hugely supported throughout my time with the company, having recently just moved into my new role as Sales and Marketing Coordinator.”

What experience and qualifications will you need?

  • Ability to establish needs of others in order to provide the right product
  • Good internal and external stakeholder management
  • Ability to interpret and manage self against tracking systems and procedures
