Our history
We are a Leeds-based house-builder, operating throughout Yorkshire, the North East and the Midlands, with a well-deserved reputation for building quality, high specification homes in sought after locations.
Stonebridge Homes was formed in 2010 and is a jointly owned company with Henry Boot PLC. The business has enjoyed sustainable growth and we are proud to be able to demonstrate our ongoing commitment, investment, and strong track record of delivering quality developments in Yorkshire, and as we grow into the North East and the Midlands.

As the business grows, we are focused on retaining our strong dynamic culture with, at its core, a committed and passionate workforce and our well-earned reputation for innovation and creativity. We have an established set of realistic and attainable company values and behavioural framework that have been created by our employee’s forum.
We are passionate about involving our colleagues in our business and we actively seek their opinions, whether that is through engagement surveys, or informal ‘time to talk’ sessions. Our dedicated Stonebridge Academy ensures we encourage CPD amongst our workforce covering many topics including management and leadership training, and mental health awareness and wellness. We are also serious about succession planning and maximising young talent opportunities where possible.
