Following a successful planning application, Stonebridge Homes can confirm that they have completed the acquisition of a site on the Western edge of Menston Village.
Hawthorn Grange, as the development will be known, will deliver 47 homes incorporating high specification 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5-bedroom properties. The development offers an attractive residential scheme including the provision of a mix of affordable and open market units.
