Overview

With Assisted Move, you can reserve a new Stonebridge home even if your current home isn’t yet on the market, as we’ll work with an estate agent to help you to market it and agree a sale.

We will take care of everything for you – arranging valuations, liaising with estate agents, managing the administration and keeping you informed of progress along the way.

Assisted Move is perfect whether you’re upsizing or downsizing but haven’t sold your current home or put it on the market yet. How does it work?

We arrange for two independent valuations for your existing property

Step 3

We agree the way forward and an asking price for your current property

Step 4

Your Stonebridge sales advisor will liaise regularly with you and the estate agent to keep you up-to-date throughout

A buyer is found and a deal agreed

Step 6

You move into your new home knowing that your current house is sold!
