Mortgage offer
SAY YES TO THE ADDRESS PRIZE DRAW – ROOM DESIGN AND STYLING:
1. Our details. Stonebridge Homes Limited (company no. 07279118) are the promoter of this prize draw promotion. If you have any questions about this prize draw or these terms and conditions, you can contact us at communications@stonebridgehomes.co.uk
2. How to Enter. The prize draw will be open and accepting entries from 10.30am on 02nd May 2024 up until 17.30pm on 30th June 2024 (the “Entry Period”). During the Entry Period anyone who reserves a property on any of our current developments will automatically be entered into the prize draw.
3. Eligibility. The prize draw is open to all those who reserve a property with us during the defined period in point no. 2 above, aged 18 years or over.
4. How the winner will be chosen. The Prize will be awarded to a randomly selected winner who has entered using a random number generator.
5. How the winner will be notified. The winner will be notified either by phone or by email (using details provided on reservation) by the end of the week following 30th June 2024. If the winner does not claim their prize by e-mailing us confirmation that they would like to accept it within one week of being notified of winning, the prize will be forfeited, and another winner will be selected.
6. Prize. The prize is a voucher up to the value of £3,000 and the winner of the prize draw will receive the following prize:
A room design and fit out in one chosen room in the winner’s new Stonebridge home with SW Design Group. If the winner chooses to spend a higher value than the voucher, they may do so and pay the difference. If they spend less than the value of the voucher, the remaining balance cannot be transferred, nor refunded to the winner.
The prize includes consultation with SW Design, designs and room styling within £3,000 budget.
The prize is non-exchangeable and non-transferable. Stonebridge Homes may offer a cash alternative, depending on the winners circumstances. The prize may only be taken by the prize draw winning plot, not transferred to any other properties.
We reserve the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond our control makes it necessary to do so.
The prize will be arranged by SW Design Group. Whilst we are offering the room styling listed above as a prize, the redemption of this will be dealt with by SW Design Group.

By entering the Promotion, each entrant acknowledges that in the event of a win, their surname and county of residence may be disclosed to persons enquiring, where permitted by law.
Entrants agree to provide reasonable cooperation to allow Stonebridge Homes to use their name for advertising and publicity purposes in connection with this Promotion including, but not limited to, publication of the winner’s name and photograph on Stonebridge Homes’ social media and website.
8. General. By entering the competition you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. All reservations must be made by 17.30pm (UK time) on 30th June 2024 . One (1) winner in Great Britain (excluding Northern Ireland) will be selected at random by Stonebridge Homes by Friday 5th July, and the winner will be notified on or after this date by email within 7 working days.
Our decision regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. We reserve the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
We reserve the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.
Insofar as is permitted by law, Stonebridge Homes, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up a prize except where it is caused by Stonebridge Homes’ negligence or that of its agents or distributors or their employees.
