Community Fund For Local Areas

We are delighted to announce the launch of our new community fund which will see local charities and organisations benefit from a pot of £10,000 that will be allocated throughout 2021.

The fund aims to support as many local groups as possible in the Harrogate area. We recognise that the last few months have been particularly difficult for many organisations and we hope to offer a little financial support to those who work tirelessly for a community scheme and whose funding avenues may be in short supply.

Steve Errington, Managing Director of Stonebridge Homes said “There are many charities and organisations within the Harrogate area that make a huge difference to the people in the town and many of those could benefit from some extra money, especially as a result of the challenges they have faced in the last few months. We are keen to support community groups that will directly help the people of Harrogate and we hope that these communities continue to go for strength to strength. It is imperative to us that we give something back to the communities in which we live and work, and that’s what the community fund has been set up to do.”

Applying to the fund is straightforward as the amount awarded to any one group or organisation is not set-in-stone and will be judged entirely on its merits. Applications from any local community group are welcomed and the process is not restrictive or arduous. Simply complete the form on our website here.

Stonebridge builds in local areas and brings much-needed employment and economic benefits to the areas. We already support several local charities through donations, sponsorship and time given by employees.
