Are you outgoing, friendly and confident and do you enjoy meeting people? If so, then a career in sales could be for you as we have an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and passionate Trainee Sales Advisor to join our team.

Wherever you are on your journey, we’re looking for a customer focused individual, with experience in selling and who has the enthusiasm to learn and be a part of our outstanding sales team. The successful candidate will receive full training, along with a competitive salary starting around £20k and rising after successful training is completed. In addition, we offer company pension, private healthcare and bonus scheme. This is a full time, permanent position, working Thursday to Monday, for which you will need a full driving licence. This is an exciting fast paced trainee role which we would expect to see progress into a full Sales Advisor role, whereby you will be responsible for your own site and managing the sales process from start to finish, within 6 months.  The successful candidate will be committed and focused and driven to succeed in a new field.

THE ROLE

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Work as part of a team to deliver agreed site sales targets meeting regulatory and quality standards

  • Deliver excellent customer service and experience, representing the high-quality standards of Stonebridge Homes.

  • Complete all duties and tasks assigned by the Sales Manager in order to progress to a Sales Advisor within the timescales agreed

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience in sales and in providing high levels of customer service

  • Excellent communication and rapport building skills

  • Ability to establish needs of others in order to provide the right product

  • Good internal and external stakeholder management
