An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dedicated and passionate Graphic Designer to join our team based at our head office in Horsforth, Leeds. You will be joining a growing, ambitious, successful values-led house builder covering the Yorkshire region.
The role is to take ownership of all design requirements to ensure that all internal and external materials and resources are cost-effectively designed and delivered to agreed standards and deadlines from concept to fruition.


  • Support the delivery of the marketing roadmap and are involved in the creative development of innovative new products
  • You use your creativity to communicate key messages and promote Stonebridge as a brand to attract our target audiences
  • Communicating across multiple channels, including print and digital (website and social media)
  • Own the asset library and are responsible for existing material updates together with the design and creation of new materials
  • As custodian of the Stonebridge brand you will ensure that all communications are created and produced in-line with brand guidelines


  • Experience in creating and delivering marketing strategies and materials
  • Excellent communication skills, specifically written demonstrating agility in creating content that appeals to different customer segments
  • Creative and innovative approach
  • Good working knowledge of marketing tools
  • Ability to work on own initiative as well as collaboratively
  • Good stakeholder management skills
  • Candidate must be proficient with In-design, illustrator and photoshop with further Creative Suite experience being desirable
  • Experience in print is a must, with a knowledge of setting up documents for print
  • Very keen eye for detail, must be able to proof-read documents
  • Photo editing skills
  • An understanding of Microsoft Office is preferable, with an ability to design internal documents using Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Essential that the candidate is proactive in their approach and forthcoming with new ideas
  • A minimum of 3 years’ work experience in a commercial environment
