This means that you have none of the hassle of putting your house on the market, showing people round, paying estate agents or dealing with complicated chains.
Is Part Exchange right for you?
If you are moving up to a bigger home and have a house to sell then Part Exchange could be just the thing for you. Please be aware that your current house must be worth at least 30% less than the price of the new home.
So how does it work?
Firstly you need to find your perfect home at one of Stonebridge Homes’ developments. You can start your search by visiting the Developments page.
One of our Sales Executives will be able to talk you through the details to see if you qualify for the Part Exchange scheme. They will then arrange for two independent valuations of your current home to be carried out so we can make you an offer based on these. Occasionally this offer may be subject to additional surveys being carried out, for example timber and damp reports.
It is then up to you as to whether you accept our offer. If you do, then you can now reserve your new home by paying the additional reservation fee as you will have discussed with your Sales Executive.
Your property will go on the market both through Stonebridge Homes and a local Estate Agent that we will appoint.
