Stonebridge Homes are a rapidly growing Private House Building company based in Leeds. We build high quality, high specification properties in the Yorkshire region. We pride ourselves on our high level of craftsmanship and exceptional specification.
The ideal candidate will have experience in the in the new homes industry.
- To maximise sales and achieve agreed sales targets.
- To provide a high level of customer service to prospective and existing customers.
- To take responsibility of the sales process on the allocated development.
- To progress sales from enquiry to completion in order to achieve budgeted sales.
- Ensure the sales office and show homes are maintained to a high standard at all times.
The role will require travel to other sites in the Yorkshire region and the successful candidate will be required to work weekends and bank holidays.
This is a challenging role but one that offers exciting rewards.
- Experience of selling properties within the new homes industry is essential
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Ability to achieve sales and maintain customer care throughout the process.
- IT literate – Use of Stonebridge sales system and frequent use of Microsoft excel and word.
